We have a Fisher Paykal washer and dryer and have had two problems with it. The first was a short in the panel and we called a company recommended on Fisher Paykal's website. It was an absolute nightmare which went on for two weeks. Finally I talked to the owner who promised he would come out and install the panel, which we ended up paying an additional $50.00 for overnight shipping. He was very apologetic and promised to refund the overnight shipping fee. Of course he never did.
Recently the washer would not spin so I went back to the website and chose a different repair service, The Appliance Connection. Ray arrived within the time frame we agreed on, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Within twenty minutes the machine was fixed and Ray was on to his next appointment. No doubt who our new repair company is!
