We are disappointed in Accredited Appliance in that their communication with us about being able to fix a wine refrigerator was poor. We asked before the service staff came out if they could fix it and they said yes. We had given them the make and model number of the unit we wanted fixed. When the unit was evaluated we were told that the repair cost would be more than the unit was worth. We paid for them to come out and we understand paying for service but I would not recommend this company because of their not taking the time to research it and provide us an honest assessment over the phone. More along the lines "Yes we can probably fix it but it will cost you more or about the same as a new unit." would have been greatly appreciated. I would give them credit in that we got next day service but that still doesn't make up for, in our opinion, poor communication. The cost of our service charge covers the trip out to your home and the written estimate of the cost of repairs, which you received. Reputable companies know that diagnosing an appliance over the phone is neither accurate nor prudent. Our good reputation and our twenty-five years of success in the Valley has been built on our commitment to customer service over and above what other companies offer, as is evidenced by our exceptional warranty, our same-day service and our Saturday service at no extra charge to our customers. I hardly ever leave a review that isn't a complaint. And those who know me, know I won't recommend a company that didn't give 110. Accredited Appliance was the third company I called this week in order to get my washer looked at. After the first two companies gave me the run around about canceling or changing appointments for their convenience, you can imagine how thin my patience was running by the time Accredited picked up the phone. But both the call center and the technician were extremely courteous, honest, and flexible with my schedule. The appointment was prompt and the technician had my washer working in quick order. I'm thankful I gave them a shot, and I'm saving their number in my Rolodex! more

This place was great, they got to my house within a couple of hours after I submitted my request online! The tech was in an out of there in probably no time too. he immediately identified what the issue was (I had a fried computer board on my fridge) gave me the price up front, and was done in no time. Fair pricing too. I'll use this place again. more

The technician did not get the problem fixed the first time but was happy to come the next day and replaced a timer and it has been working fine ever since. Great job more

Customer service was great... Technician was available the same day I called. They arrived when they said they would and diagnosed the problem right away. They then scheduled the repair for the next day and again were on time. My only complaint is that the technician left a bunch of grease on the machine and floor when he left. more

Technician was knowledgeable and quick but $225 to replace a pump on a washer seems high. No breakdown on the receipt to state how much was parts and how much labor like most places do. more

My husband called re: a washer repair. The serviceman was able to come out the next day. He was courteous, knowledgable, explained the problem. He had the part on his truck and I was back in the washing business quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The sticker is on my appliance for any future needs/references. more

Just shocked that 20 minutes of labor is over hundred twenty dollars and just a small plastic valve with small electronic circut that could fit easiiy in the palm of a woman's hand cost over a hundred dollars. When you buy fancy you pay for high price repairs. Company was great in responding in a timely maner. Repairman professinonal and freindly. Kudo's more

Prompt, courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and new inverter needed replacing and maybe controller board. He replaced inverter alone to see if the controller was still good. It was and he saved us $150. He had showed up when promised ran to get all possible parts and replaced only what was needed. Best service I've received in many years. more

Avrrived LATE...then charge a service call fee...waited for a call back, never called back, I had to call them to find out the parts had never been ordered. Chris came to my house on Saturday because my HE washer wasn't working. He hooked the washer to the electronic reader with no reading, told us it needed a new "control" and that might not fix the sound the washer had been making. We paid the $69 service fee. On Monday, I called the company I bought it from, they sent someone out. He looked under the washer, it was a pulley that broke and the belt fell off. The washer had a kill switch, so because the belt was off, the electronic panel won't work. Chris never looked under the washer. I called this company Monday after it was fixed, the lady that answered asked for the documentation from the company that fixed the washer and she would have a manager call me. I sent the info and have NEVER heard back! more
