I hardly ever leave a review that isn't a complaint. And those who know me, know I won't recommend a company that didn't give 110. Accredited Appliance was the third company I called this week in order to get my washer looked at. After the first two companies gave me the run around about canceling or changing appointments for their convenience, you can imagine how thin my patience was running by the time Accredited picked up the phone. But both the call center and the technician were extremely courteous, honest, and flexible with my schedule. The appointment was prompt and the technician had my washer working in quick order. I'm thankful I gave them a shot, and I'm saving their number in my Rolodex!
