This is the best wedding cake I ever ate in my entire life! Its not dry its perfectly moist. She does not freeze them. She makes them the week of the big event. A couple days prior to. It is very inexpensive compared to the big fancy bakeries. Basically you sit down with her and look at her portfolio of cakes. Go over ideas with her. She gives you samples of her cake to see what flavor you would like. Then you go over all of the details and she will make the cake anyway you like. This was the most beautiful cake ever. It was a 3 tier cake with edible flowers on the top. Beads all around it and a water fountain underneath with pink roses around the fountain. It was just so beautiful. The work she put into that cake is phenomenal. It cost around $300 and it fed a lot of people. It comes out pretty cheap per slice. Atleast half of what the expensive places charge that freeze them ahead of time; which tend to make them very dry. I didn't have to make sure everyone had a sliver of a piece, which is what you would normally get. She didn't charge for all of the extras. She even came by to set the cake up where we wanted it set. She also gave us the top part that you save for your 1st anniversary as a gift to us. The flavors are chocolate, vanilla and marble. I had a layer of each one in my cake. They were all delicious. She does outstanding work. You have to call way in advance and put in your order as she only makes them fresh and of coarse can only do so many in a certain period of time. She does go to those wedding shows and such. I just got lucky as I was shopping in the bridal area at the Bon ton when somebody had given me a business card on wedding cakes. We got a real bargain on our cake and you would never know it by looking at it or by tasting it. She makes them all from scratch and fresh. The Best Cake Ever!
