Good: Nothing this time. I paid their diagnosis fee $83 and had my car towed to an honest mechanic and. I implore you to not use them. They take advantage of stranded people. Sleazy is a good word. If you use them you're nuts.. Bad: Inflated costs, dishonest. takes advantage of standed people. I could have gotten my car fixed for less than half of what these jokers were trying to charge. $1900 in the beginning with all kinds of charges. When I asked how much to get it on the road $1300. The nickled and time every single part and trust me they wanted to replace lots of parts. I have a list and the inflated price versus a reasonable price. I have proof of their attempt to cheat me and nickle and dime me.. Improvements: Don't mark up parts 3 times the costs of what they pay. I'd love to see them go out of business for what they tried to do to me. I'd love to see them go out of business for that they tried to do to me.. Other: I'm very disappointed. The should be ashamed of blantantly trying to cheat me. I don't who posts these good reviews but maybe they treat some people different. If they think you dont know much about cars they will cheat you. Maybe it's because I am a female. I am not sure but I can price parts. I should not have to pay 3 times the amount of what they cost at advance auto..
