I needed a simple laser copy, and it was cheaper than Staples, so I went there only to be greeted by a grumpy jersey-girl who chewed her gum with her mouth open. She had no time for pleasantries and wouldn't look me in the eyes. When I handed her a $10 bill, she frowned and looked around and gave me change in quarters without even a "thank you" or a "sorry about the quarters." Next time I'll pay the extra 60 cents for a copy and go to Staples. My copy is fine, but what a terrible experience...
