I have been to the Baja Grill a few times. I have come to this conclusion - the food is pretty good, alright i guess, but the service is horrible. At first they make you think they are helpful, but after waiting 50 minutes for food that takes 8 minutes to cook (and the place isn't even busy) you start to wonder. You are better off buying food at the supermarket and cooking yourself then having to undergo the stress that is inevitable to occur at the Baja Grill. Give it a shot though, you might like it. I have had very poor experiences though.
