I called to make an appointment for my mother and myself to have a beauty day. She has never had a facial in her 58 years. I was ready to get whatever they recommended for my mother ($$) but I knew what I wanted for myself. After waiting 8 minutes for someone to schedule my appointment, I was placed on hold again after asking what's the best in-between of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. She seemed irritated to have to do her job-answer the phone, and I was getting ready to drop some serious cash. I finally had to hang up because it seems like they didn't want my business. If they can't simply schedule an appointment then I certainly won't trust them with my face & body. I'm going back to Ageless Remedies, where I have always had excellent service.
