The Front Desk staff is super nice and always accomodates my schedule. I've had eyebrow waxing and massages here and loved everything! I recommend this place highly!

too many spa's out there to be bothered wasting your time going here. I had the worst experience ever....management only cares about taking your dollars and not your experience.

This is a GREAT place! The front desk are friendly and helpful! I've had great massages which are reasonable priced. I've also had chemical peels as well! I wasnt sure what kind of skin service I wanted or needed but they were very helpful! more

Voci Spa is great. I had my eyebrows waxed by Asia and it was the best. She is no longer there so if anyone knows where she is please let me know!! Also, they give great massages. Highly recommend! more

RNs are great! 1/6/2012

I have been getting botox and juvederm at voci for several years and love it! Both Shelia and Renee do fabulous work and are very gentle and reassuring. I have gone to MDs for these same types of injections and they do not do nearly as good, or as gentle, as these two nurses are. I have recommended both of them to many friends. more

Beware of this spa.... 12/6/2011

Often short on products that are used for services, they have substituted salt from the harris tetter for their body treatment scrubs! Management is terrible to their employees. Notice the turn over of staff, their is a reason. Spa goers, stay away and got to a spa that will deliver the service you paid for. There is no telling what they might be rubbing on your body. more

LOVE THIS SPA!!! 12/5/2011

Sheila has worked miracles! She is a master injector with fillers and makes you feel so at ease. She is patient with questions and knows exactly where and how to inject the fillers for the maximum effect! No bruising, no pain, and WOW!!!........... What a difference!!!!! She is so sweet to be around and I am so thankful to have found her!!! If you are considering Botox or a filler...... look no further!!!! Best prices and best injector hands down!!!!! more

Disappointed 10/26/2011

Being new to the area, I saw great reviews for Voci Spa online so I decided to check it out. At their recommendation I did two VPeels and purchased Obagi NuDerm for my acne issues which certainly wasn't cheap. I spent the $400+ and it did NOT work. They said it takes a good 3-6 months to see positive results as everyone's skin is different. If the product takes that long to work, how would someone know within the two week return policy time frame if they are satisfied? I used the Obagi NuDerm for 3-4 months with no results and Voci Spa did not stand behind it and offered no customer retention. I wouldn't recommend this spa :( more

Would recommend 8/8/2011

I visited VociSpa over the holidays and had a massage that I would say was the best massage that I have ever had. I ended up adding on a pedicure after my awesome experience and it lasted throughout New years eve in my cute shoes!! The staff was great; love them. Would recommend. I have already returned for Botox. more

Great Spa, Great Service 8/4/2011

I absolutely love this place! I have been here for several services including: waxing, facials, botox, and massages. I used to see Asia for bikini waxes because she was absolutely the best, but as Lady I has also mentioned, she is no longer with Voci. I was told that she moved to California. However, I saw Angie today and she was just as good as Asia and very friendly. I saw Lori around Valentine's Day for a facial and I also had a great experience with her. Erica has extremely strong hands and I love getting massages from her. It's been a while since I've gotten a massage so I'm not sure if she's still there but if she is then I would highly recommend her. I have seen both Nancy and Tammy (who is new to the team) for botox and they are great. Tammy is especially nice and I enjoyed meeting her! The girls at reception are always pleasant on the phone and greet me with a smile. You won't go wrong at this spa! It's going to be your new favorite place, just like it is mine! more

Best Brazilian Laser Hair Removal Experience 4/22/2011

I am so happy I replied to the ad in the Charlotte Observer and looked into Laser Hair Removal. I have a few girlfriends who are former waxers and have gone the laser route so I told myself why not and especially since I can use my Presby employee discount:)! I had to admit I was a little nervous at 1st but Renee assured me that the laser at the spa was especially made for women of all ethnic backgrounds, which is wonderful because I am African American and not a lot of spas in CLT have lasers designed for darker skin types. The procedure was quick (less than 30minutes) and a little painful but no more that a rubber band popping your skin but overall I was satisfied and can't wait to be hair free!!!!!! more

Love this place 3/5/2011

I've had several services from Voci Spa and it has always been a fabulous experience. I have read a few reviews about Voci and wanted to let everyone know about what a positive experience I have always had here.\r \r I've never had any issues booking appointments or with the front desk. Yes, sometimes I get put on hold, but they are a busy place and are always friendly and patient as I try to figure out what I'd like to do for my next visit.\r \r When I first visited, I tried their Express Facial which was heavenly. Judy was my esthetician and my skin looked wonderful after only 30 minutes in her care. It certainly didn't feel like a 30-minute facial either. I never felt rushed and she didn't try to "push products" on me, which I greatly appreciated.\r \r I next tried the European Facial with Kelly, who is an absolute doll. I nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing and again, my face was glowing afterwards. I've had facials before where I left looking red and blotchy, and have yet to ex more

First Timer 1/31/2011

This was my first experience for a massage on a referral from a co-worker. The reception area is nice and so were the employees. My masseuse, Mary, was top notch. She made my first time comfortable and the massage was great. I will be a returning customer. more

Great Experience! 11/2/2010

It's taken 26 years, but I've officially had my first facial today! I highly recommend Voci Spa. Being a spa novice I didn't know much about facials. I just knew I wanted a relaxing facial that would get great results. Lori was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the many different types of facials they offer. We decided the Vita-facial was the best fit. I rarely have time to relax and spend on myself, but I will def be making this a regular event from now on! more

Avoid if possible 5/10/2010

I called to make an appointment for my mother and myself to have a beauty day. She has never had a facial in her 58 years. I was ready to get whatever they recommended for my mother ($$) but I knew what I wanted for myself. After waiting 8 minutes for someone to schedule my appointment, I was placed on hold again after asking what's the best in-between of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. She seemed irritated to have to do her job-answer the phone, and I was getting ready to drop some serious cash. I finally had to hang up because it seems like they didn't want my business. If they can't simply schedule an appointment then I certainly won't trust them with my face & body. I'm going back to Ageless Remedies, where I have always had excellent service. I've been a customer there for almost 10 years and have always had excellent service! I have loved the peels, microderm abrasion, and Botox! Their line of skin care is wonderful too! I would recommend Voci Spa to all of my friends for sure! more
