I was highly impressed by Ferman chevy NO PRESSURE SALES ENVIROMENT which is a huge deal for us we went several places where we felt pressured pushed around or ignored and this was the only dealer that went way out of the way to make us happy (by the way avoid courtsey on sr 60 there aweful ) Jeremy was our sales person and I would go back in a heartbeat and refer anone i knew there very pleased will become a lifetime customer :)
Pros: fast helpful polite service
Cons: no free stuff (ballons for kids, hats,drinks,keychains???)

After hours of shopping it was nice to find a dealer that cares. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from and they will lay out your options for you. If you want a honest dealer that will work for you stop at Gordon.

Of course I went at lunch, to my surprise, the service manager called one of the service guys to wait to go to lunch so I could get my remote programmed. The mechanic was just as professional as the service manager and I got my remote programmed with enough time to get lunch for myself.

I bought a used car from these guys a while back and the deal was decent and they included some services for a year. Nice people. They also give me a loaner car when I need it. I always get good service from them.

I will pick up my vehicle tomorrow (3/31/07)...after a week of emails and phone calls I cannot remember the last time I dealt with a more friendlier crew at an automobile dealership (Previous visits at other outfits reminds me of going to the dentist - UGHhh!) - going the extra mile at every turn! I'm happy about the new car of course - but the staff and my rep have exuded the feeling of tasting candy for the first time all over again throughout the process - 2 Thumbs UP plus an Encore...I'm traveling from Fort Lauderdale!
