This location has so many animals to look at and learn about that it is well worth the price. They offer many classes to educate the guests on things like what sharks eat to why do penguins like it so cold. This place is so big that you realize that there is a lot to see in the sea. On the hotter days they also have a small water park attached. The children can play in the water and almost feel like they are under the sea.

The Temple Terrace Public Library is really a comfortable place to find a good book to read. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything is always spotless. If you arent in the mood to look for a book then you can always use the internet service for free too. This library also offers diffrent events like storytimes for children and they even have tax preparers during income tax time. This is truely a valuable resource to the community.

First Baptist Temple Terrace is only a few miles from USF. They have a fun program for college age people of improv music, good coffee, and delicious desserts. The services are Sunday morning at 9:15 am and 10:50 am, as well as, Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. They have a lot of events and programs for the whole family, and good Biblical teachings.

This is a great skating hangout and shop for those into that scene. I've bought some really cool shirts here and had a little bit of fun. I'm a novice so I don't do it too often so I don't hurt myself. But, I've been there a few times to watch some stunts and have some fun with the young crowd. Calvary Chapel is a non-denominational church. Their model is to teach straight from the Bible verse, by verse. The worship is contemporary. They have Bible studies specifically for women, as well as Bible studies specifically for men. They also have an active children's ministry. There are three services on Sunday and one on Wednesday evening. It is a great place to study the Word of God and meet friendly people.

Every year I watch for the poinsetta sign and the tent to know that Christmas has finally started. I don't believe the stores telling us it starts in October. The plants here are always full and healthy. I have not tackled having a live tree yet, but next year when we undertake that, we will be purchasing from here. The pointsettas (which I often purchase) are full and brightly colored. The price is unbeatable in our area at 4 for $9.95.
