She very well may be a great doctor, but I wouldn't know since I can't seem to get in touch with her or see her. It took her assistant 30 minutes on the phone to schedule my first appointment, she was having me give her information to fill out forms, which she then just sent to me to fill out again. I had to wait for 30 minutes by myself in the exam room in the middle of my first appointment, supposedly to read 2 small pamphlets, I thought the doc. had forgotten about me. I had to wait for almost an hour for a follow up appointment, the doctor never even showed up...I eventually just left without having seen her.
I had to call twice to get the results of my lab work, and then the receptionist called me back to tell me that I had to get the lab work redone since the lab work showed some bad news. Fine, but they didn't get me a lab slip, nor any instructions whether they wanted me to come in, if I could just go back to the lab, etc. I guess I'll just have to keep calling them back until they feel like calling me back with some instructions. Meanwhile, I'm worried that I might be sick, due to the lab results and I can't get advice from this doctor.
