This dealership offers a wide variety of new & used vehicles. We have purchased several cars from them. Salesman Scott Briske is always helpful, honest and if they don't have it, he will find it. Purchasing process was tolerable (as much as car buying can be) and we came away feeling we made a good decision on our purchase. Service department is friendly and accessible. Appointments are available when needed. We always send referrals their way.

We have been shopping for a car for months and got the selections down to basically 3 cars of different make. Like most, we called different dealerships and I was AMAZED by how friendly and courteous people were at the dealers in Fife/Tacoma. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from Steve Gebauer at BMW Northwest. He was very attentive, very patient (he stayed late more than once after the place was closed and answered our questions), tiredlessly accommodate us for different test drives of different cars, extremely friendly, no pressure, got great dollars for our trade-ins (without much haggles). It was a great experience and Steve made all the difference!
Pros: Service, Price, Selection, Friendliness

Although we didn't end up purchasing an Audi, Sam Gilbert at Audi Tacoma was a pleasure (and fun!) to work with. He was so helpful and informative over the phone, and extremely friendly and knowledgable when we went in for a test drive. If you are looking for an Audi, speak with Sam!

I take my Mom's car here for service all the time. They treat her so well. They have never taken advantage of her, and her car runs like a top. They always do what they say they are going to do, and never try and sell her more. She and I are very happy with the service here.

When my mercedes had something wrong with it I took it in to the dealership even though my warranty had run out. I do have an extended warranty but its not the same! :) They found out what was wrong with it and of course it was going to cost a fortune to fix! Not only did they work with me on the price they didn't charge me for a few things! They have excellent customer service and are always willing to help you.
