Sarah came highly recommended and she is incredibly nice and personable; I really enjoyed my time in her chair. The salon itself is tucked away like a secret hideaway and is very comfortable and stylish.
However, I have to rate the whole thing one star because, well, I hate my haircut. I tried to keep an open mind and let it grow on me, but it hasn't ... and I'm literally crying right now.
The problem: it looked great when she blow dried and straightened and fussed with it. In my real, low-maintenance, every-which-way wavy world, it looks horrible. And I'm furious about the bangs. It took me so long to grow them out and CHOP, back to the awkward growing out phase. And I paid for this?? Effing hell.
At least I used the citysearch 20% off coupon.
Pros: Friendly staff, cool location, unique decor
Cons: I hate my haircut.
