Review content:
I was a patient for a little over two years and now I am going to go somewhere else. My last visit I was taken back to the room and sat there so long that I went out into the hall and asked if they had forgot about me. I have never waited in a room so long. Not to mention that there is no privacy at this place. When they took my weight there were all kinds of people around me and I felt like that is something that should be done privately. I have always been very small but while on birth control I gained weight and I was really embarrassed by that. They also decided that they were done drawing blood in there lab so I was sent downstairs to have blood drawn. I found that ridicules. The nurse practitioner that I had Karen Bohn prescribed me a different birthcontol than my previous one. This medicine she prescribed caused me all kinds of trouble and from researching on line it seems that the medication she prescribed has increased anxiety affects, which if she had paid attention to my history she would have noticed that I had a history of anxiety. I don’t take medication for anxiety anymore, but this medicine made me so paranoid and anxious that I began having trouble sleeping. I gained almost 20 pounds of weight in a matter of 4 months, I had numbness in face, arms, and neck, I also had intense hot flashes. The medicine made it so I didn’t even notice the problems the only way that I got off the medication was by my husband saying there was something wrong. The part that really upset me was that I called the manager to speak about the medicine prescribed and about the nurse practitioner and I have never received a call back. To me that shows that they just don’t care about their patients.
