I put my household goods into storage with B& B for about 2 1/2 months. When my possessions were delivered pieces were badly damaged. One antique cupboard had had three of the four hand-wrought hinges knocked off and the piece was delivered with a large cord tied around it to hold the doors shut. It’s contents had spilled out and were literally thrown into a wardrobe box without any packing material permanently damage items such as an antique statue my deceased father had brought back from Japan. Another piece, a hand-made cabinet that my father had made, arrived covered with mold. When I tried to contact the owners it took three calls before they returned a call, and another three calls to force him to come to my house to assess the damage. I pointed out the damages, including a porch floorboard that had been broken where one of his staff jumped up and down on it until it broke. He took notes on his clipboard, promised he would take care of the damages. And has refused to return any of my calls since. When I went with a friend to help load his things out of B&B’s warehouse there was mold everywhere on the walls and ceilings of the warehouse. Additionally, they do not use vaults for storage which is the moving industry standard, they stack items into cubes by placing furniture on end and piling furniture and cartons on top of each other to form a 10’ high cube. If you value your possession, DO NOT hire this company for either moving or storage!!
