Amazing, amazing and more amazing! Rover Oaks Houston provided excellent service from my first phone call with their training department director. I was given unlimited time to ask my limitless questions. After that first interaction, I knew this was the perfect place for my Rottweiler puppy to receive training. The trainers at Rover Oaks are first class in every way. I am not a person who likes to leave their pet in other's care but my dog was so well cared for and loved at Rover Oaks, it was hard to get him to leave with me at the end of the day. From the front desk, to the pet technicians, to the training staff and my dog's personal trainer everyone was more than courteous and professional. My dog and I felt like part of the Rover Oaks Family and we will continue to use all the wonderful services they provide for many years to come. The benefit far outweighs the cost, and when you leave Rover Oaks you can't help but feel that was money well spent.
