My family and I had to take a road trip to Seattle last week. Before leaving I took our vehicle to a local shop and had new brakes installed. Our vehicle started having problems in Tacoma and we still had a two hour drive home. We pulled into Walt's and they diagnosed the problem. Due to poor workman ship from the previous mechanic out vehicle was not safe to drive home. The guys at Walt's squeezed us into their schedule and fixed out vehicle while we waited. The guy there even discounted out service to work within our budget so I could get my family home. I would recognize this shop highly! I could not be more appreciative.
