Jay and Adrienne made my experience selecting and buying an engagement ring exceptionally easy while being exceptionally professional, friendly, and caring. The amount of detail and care Jay pours into his work goes above and beyond what I originally expected when choosing a diamond and designing a setting for my fiancé's engagement ring. It was easy to set up an appointment with Jay. And when we met, he was genuinely interested in my thoughts while providing his expert guidance. Since I do not live in Nashville, Jay worked with my schedule to meet with me and he even me me early on a Saturday as my time was limited.\r

It was clear from the beginning that Jay and Adrienne truly care about their customers and their end goal was to help me find the perfect diamond ring for my fiancé. He never exercised any ""sales"" tactics; in fact, we worked together as a team. \r

In the end, Jay delivered exceptional value and a memorable life experience. In every respect, Jay exceeded my expectations. My fiancé now has one of the most beautiful rings on her finger and I thank Jay and Adrienne for all the expertise and hard work they put into making my engagement ring purchase a joyous occasion.
