Zero stars. Dr. Cerefin is a bully who puts everyone on the same 12 session, 3 times a week for 4 weeks, treatment plan no matter if they say they can't afford the time or money. I am a single mom who works fulltime, and instead of helping me adjust the treatment plan to something I could afford financially or pain-wise, he unjustly insulted me verbally and told me he can't help me. I never got a word in edgewise to get any explanations or for him to listen to me as a patient. He stood over me, raised his voice, and accused me because I was gone for 2 weeks of my treatment plan bc I was on vacation out of town and that's why I wasn't better. After paying for initial evaluation, xrays, and 5 sessions (almost $500) he refused to assess my improvement, bc they will only reevaluate after the patient pays for 12 sessions. And then from there he said they usually give another less frequent treatment plan, and from there they try to make you a patient obligated long-term since your xrays stay with them for 5 years even though you pay for them. He has no bedside manner or communication skills when asked to be flexible, he just insults, intimidates, and bullies people. Dr. Emily was good with adjustments, helped me through my fear of going to a chiropractor, and was flexible with my plan giving me tips and suggestions for exercises, stretches, and massage I can do on my own to help speed up my recovery. But Dr. Cerefin is unprofessional, unflexible, a dictator, and it seems as if his staff is afraid to cross him even when he completey runs over a patient just because they question his treatment plan due to lack of time, money and no help with pain management caused by the treatment. Dr. Cerefin may have a sucessful business bc he explains his treatment plans about as well as a used sales person sells a car to someone who cant afford and doesnt need the car.
