Was ready to make the switch but unfortunately due to the worst customer experience ever by a company. I will stay with my carrier AT&T. Online shows the store is suppose to be open til 9PM I show up at 8:15pm on 1/13/14 and door is locked people inside and staff would not recognize or even acknowledge that I was outside along with a man whose wife was inside the store. They told his wife to tell him they cant let him in cause I was by the door and along with another woman. Is this how T-Mobile does business? Can't wait til the CEO hears this story maybe he can crack the same joke as him being kicked out of a AT&T event!!! That entire night staff should be fired including the manager.... I have also reported this incident to the District Manager!!!
