I'm half laughing and crying at the same time after shopping at this rip-off place that masks itself as spiritual. So its my 11th year anniversary and I dodge into the store to buy my sweetheart a crystal. I place one crystal on the counter and as I look down in the display for another one.....the girl rings it up. So I tell her that I was still looking and bought a small wand instead. So they canceled the transaction. When I got home I gave the wand to my wife. She laughed.... as one of her clients had just giver her one a few days earlier. I also looked at my bank account to make sure the first transaction was canceled and sure enough it wasnt. So I get back in the car and drive all the way back. When I get there.....the guy tells me to wait 24 hours for the transaction to go through....even though I know my bank returns ......go back into my account immediately. He also announces that there are no returns on crystals. And over to one corner.....is a small sign stating so. Yet on the sign....it also something that says on any other item(besides crystals)....its only a 3 day return and only store credit is given back. So lets say you get a book for your birthday from a friend..... you cannot get another book if you have already read it. Youre stuck with it. What a great policy for a book store that is very limited in selection and has more crystals than books. Buyer beware.....once you give them money you will never see it again. But the saga is not over for me as I now have to wait 24 hours and go back yet again tomorrow to make sure they credit my account for the first transaction that I didnt authorize. STEER CLEAR on this sham store is my advice.
