Review content:
Our laptop was stolen from his hotel and not one accomodation has been made to help replace it or make ammends for what obviously was a staff theft. The room was locked. Only hotel staff had access during our stay. They are claiming that nothing can/will be done. 3 times we have been promised a return call regarding this matter , each time over 48 hours has gone by with no contact. The laptop was purchased by my 10 year old who worked for 2.5 years to earn the $. Now... it's just gone and there is no compassion or resolution from the hotel. ""Call your attorney"" is the response we get from Customer Relations.\r \r Not to mention...There are bars on the windows of the rooms... not sure how one would escape if needed. \r \r We are priority members and have been treated terribly. As a consumer, I am very disappinted. The least this hotel could do would be to refund the $188 hotel room to help pay for a replacement of this computer. VERY SAD! Beware!
