Review content:
Poor customer service and no maintnance of properties. I have had problems with the home I have rented and the owner and leasing agent are rude and blame me for not providing any service. They continue to blame me for contractors not showing up. I reported a leak that has made my water bill $500 and for over a week I have yet to see anyone show up to even look for this leak! Renters beware this is one of the many issues they have again never resolved they want your money but wont provide any service! We had to go through the winter with no heat downstairs! I was just told last week that I need to make myself available for contractors to do work I have missed many days of work waiting on no shows! When I first moved in here the owner left trash all along the side of the house I had to pay for to be removed I was told I should have found another home to rent and they will not pay my dump fees. I can go on for days with complaints!!!
Cons: do not provide maintnance or follow tenant landlord laws!!!
