I bought a jersey through their website, authenticsoccer.com. When I made my purchase, I wrote in the comment box that I was worried because of complaints online about timeliness and customization (the complaints that I read on this website). They were the only ones who had exactly what I wanted in the size I needed, so I had to place the order with them, despite my concerns.\r

The store called me the same day to thank me for my order and to dispel my worries. They had their version of what happened on the two orders mentioned on this website - I certainly don't know who is right and who is wrong, but what I CAN tell you is that my order was shipped the very next day, and the customization on the jersey was done perfectly. I appreciated their taking the time to call me - since I'd already placed the order, it wasn't like my business was at stake, it was just to reassure me. It all worked out great!!!!
