Review content:
Carroll had previously serviced the central AC in the home my husband I recently bought, so we had them come back out to do routine maintenance before the high-use summer season. They said everything looked great. It turns out that they didn't clean the drain lines, nor did they clean the condensers outside. We've had multiple problems with the units since their ""maintenance"" was completed - some of the problems are actually attributable to their work.
That said, the technicians were very nice and acted very professional - they just glossed over service issues that have ended up being problematic.
