We had a horrible experience. With a man named Jay who had an extremely tough time getting us our flooring and keeping us in the loop. It was a nightmare...on top of that when we finally did get our flooring we were short because they never included an area that I know we specified. So we had to order more.....and had the same unbleievable difficulty trying to get that flooring. On top of that he acted as though he was doing us a favor by giving us the flooring. Would NEVER use them again!
