We visited couple highly rated restaurants in Park City (Riverhorse Cafee, Chimayo, Cabin), and this one beats them all. Atmosphere very quiet, cozy, almost intime. Rooms tastfully decorated. Plenty of space between tables. Very professional, pleasant, attentive, but unobtrusive service. Extensive list of expensive and rare wines (with less expensive frequently out of stock). Knowlegable sommelier. Food was absolutely excellent, with the best onion soup and fillet mignon I ever had. Desserts heavenly, espresso like in Paris: small, thick, very aromatic and not bitter. Portion size was just as it should be to look decent after 7 course meal. If you want more calories and , go to any American-Italian restaurant. Pros: Great food, Great service, Great ambience Cons: Wines expensive
