about a month after we purchased a motorcycle from word cycles the clutch went out. took it to the shop where they made repairs after having my husband sign a blank service request form. Then after repairs were done, informed us we owed300 someodd dollars for replacement of clutch, and other misc. repaires, plus they refused to give the old clutch back. \r

Then a year later the bike started having electrical problems, thinking it was under warranty we took it to our local suzuki dealer where we were quoted 79.00 an hour and it would take an hour to diagnose the problem. the next day they reported that the problem wasn't covered under the warranty, we said we would pick up the bike. When we arrived the bike was still in peices and the mechanic said we would have to pay another 79.00 to get the bike put back together.\r

They are liars, cheaters, and don't know anything about good business practices or motorcycles.
