I was amazed that when I had a problem it was taken care of without a hassel. I bought a nice platinum and diamond engagement ring about a year ago. Over the holidays I had an accident and the shank of the ring was smashed and some of the small diamonds came out. I went in knowing I would be looking at a big repair bill because it was my fault. When I got there and explained the situation, I was told the ring would be sent to the designer to be fully restored to original condition or replaced if it was too badly damaged to be restored. I held my breath for the estimate. Then the salesman told me there would be NO CHARGE. He wanted me to be a customer for life and my family too and this was just part of being there after the sale. Thank you Genesis. I will be back.
