Review content:
Placed a to-go order and requested rolls to have butter only. Upon arriving home I noticed that rolls had cheese on them and I contact Sarah (Mgmt) who took order and informed her of the problem. Sarah informed me ""that the next time I order the rolls I need to specify no garlic and no cheese""!\r

I have never encountered such rudeness from Mgmt, ever! Especially since it was stated up front for the rolls to have butter only. I sent an e-mail to Corporate office and as of 7-1-08 no response has been received regarding addressing problem. \r

MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Pros: ABSOUTELY NONE!
Cons: THUMBS SO FAR DOWN THAT IT DOES NOT REGISTER ON THE SCALE!!!!!!
