I made a big mistake in hiring this company. The limo didn't have a working air conditioner! This is completely unacceptable in El Paso during the summer. We were all sweating inside and I complained to the driver. All he did was shrug his shoulders and said that was the best he could do. No effort on his part to call the company and get another limo or address the problem. We are in a hurry to get to our destination, so we are pretty much stuck there. The next day, I called the company and left messages for the owner to call me - but I wasn't called back. I went personally to the company and spoke to the manager and was told that the limo was indeed hot and they were going to see what the problem was. I asked for the owner to call me. Three days passed and no call back. I finally reach the owner and she flat-out told me that I imagined the heat and that the limo worked perfectly fine! I told her that the manager admitted that there was a problem with the limo being hot - her response was that the manager meant that ""the day,"" not the limo was hot. This company not only renders poor service but it is also dishonest. For this reason I advice anyone to avoid City Lights Limousine and book another company for your important event.
