I recently ventured to Uptown Pilates for the first time , I have been doing Pilates for years and was looking for a new studio that is more convenient to my home. I am always hesitant to try new studios but after seeing that they have won best of Citysearch something like 4 years in a row I figured it was worth a shot. From the beginning the experience was different than any other studio. Not only was the front desk so sweet they were super knowledgeable about Pilates and about their instructors. They asked me about my injuries and what my goals were with Pilates while I was booking my first session. At first I was annoyed that the call was taking longer than expected since I was answering these questions but the manager was so sweet is was impossible to be too annoyed. Then when I came in for my first session I realized why she had asked me these questions, my instructor had been chosen for me based off of my history and who she thought I would connect with best and they already knew about all of my injuries and goals and had prepared accordingly! It made my experience feel truly personalized to ME and made me feel so special! All in all an amazing experience!
