I knew I should have turned around and ran as soon as I walked in. Told the lady I wanted highlights and lowlights, she said that not what I needed. She said she would just add highlights. The highlights turned out hidious!! Orange, yellow and black stripes!! Came home and had to finish trimming long peices of hair left from the cut. Went back this morning and another girl that works there asked if I did these at home. I told her no I had them done there. She offered to fix them and said the reason I had vertical and horizontal stripes was because the foils leaked. I also had 1 to 2 inch roots allready! I just wanted my money back so I could somewhere else to have it fixed. I only paid 95 dollars, a bargain for cut and color... they then called the lady at home who did it and she had the nerve to say I only wanted my money back because it was too pricey. WRONG..I only paid 95 dollars..a bargain for cut and highlights as anyone knows.. you get what you pay for!! Going back to my old salon and will gladly pay the $150. Can't post this without giving it a rating, lowest rating you can give is 1 star... I give it a negative 5 stars...My hair is damaged and ruined!!
