Although the classes have been very good and the instructors seem fairly competent the use of high pressure sales techniques for pushing both gear and personal training is a little off putting. However, having ""fight nights"" does encourage a little extra effort both personally and financially. I like the gym... the month to month contract isn't strictly a bad deal, the fight nights are enticing, the trainers are good. However, hounding folks for personal training time and purchasing gear is off-putting. Overall its been an ok experience. I'm still curious to see how it pans out. Pros: Classes are very intense Cons: The ""trainers"" are a little too high pressure with the sales
