First of all, I can't believe I was dealing with the actual owner! He is rude, unorganized and extremely unprofessional! He called me twice to ask the SAME question in a one week period. When I brought this to his attention his comment was....yea, well, I'm really busy. The first time he called I asked if it was too late to add on to my order; he said no, not at all and then took all my information for my additional purchase....so! Today when he called, he had NO CLUE what I was talking about and wanted me to go through it all again. He actually got huffy with me and hung up on me.....lol! It's sad Mark that you are so short sided in your business practice. Customer Service is how you keep people coming back...
