Review content:
If you like bad service and insects in your food by all means please go to Royal Inn. The customer service is horrible they made me feel like an idiot. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I found a fly in my soup and the manager assumed that I placed it in there...WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Not there they seem not want to accept there error, but it did happned. The manager stated that I had to go back and take the food to them for a full refund I agreed and as soon as I got there the manager was waiting for me by the door so that I would not make a scence but I voice my concern because it was the truth. He gave me my money and sent me on my way...That is fine so that is the reason why I am posting this review so the rest of the people can konw about my horrible experience. ROYAL INN IS BAD IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!!!!
