Review content:
I've never been pushed to do more than I feel I can do in any given class, but I've always been challenged to ask myself if the bar I've set is really as high as it can and should be. I can't grow physically or spiritually without that challenge, but I've come to understand that I can't grow when I push myself to do things that are truly beyond my capabilities in that moment. I take that balance with me when I leave, and that balance is truly the essence of my personal growth. I've learned that, and much more, through DPYP! Pros: A variety of class times to fit almost any schedule Cons: Although worth the drive, I wish it was closer to home
