Businiess name:  Hillel Community Day School

Review content:
I was a little worried when my husband suggested we send our daughter here, just because i knew what Hebrew day schools were like when we were kids--outdated material, unenthusastic teachers--but when i just took a tour of Hillel, i found it was quite the opposite. There is a state of the art computer lab, pullout programs for math, science, art and music at all levels INCLUDING Kindergarten, teachers who knew their material and were up on the latest techniques on how to effectively educate children inside and outside of the classroom and a warm, loving community. Needless to say, it's been 5 years now and we are both so happy that we came in for that first tour many years ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering or who may not have considered sending their child to a Jewish day school. Academically, it is equal to or supassing the public schools but it provides so much more. They provide rich culture, values and the ""menisch"" mentality. Best of all, no more making lunch in the mornings because hot lunch is included! Tuition is reasonable and financial aid is available. But don't listen to me, check it out for yourself!
