As far as the doctor and his staff go, they are adequate. They are friendly enogh and the office comfortable enough but if you have VSP insurance, I DO NOT reccommend utilizing this location as a primary eye care physician. The lenses are expensive and there are not many to choose from. If you have VSP insurance, you may as well go to Lens Crafters and it will cost you less. In a world where you can obtain lenses in 1 hour, I feel that a week or more to get glasses is a bit out the realm of realistic expectations. Also, beware of seperate exams. My wife and I went for glasses and contact lenses and apparently, there is a sepereate charge/fee for an ""eyeglass exam"" and a ""contact lens"" exam. Don't get suckered into this, we spent 700 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses (not even designer brand) and left with no contacts. Do yourself a favor and go to sears and get 2 pairs for 100 bucks. Pros: Good Doctor Cons: Insurance coverage is TERRIBLE
