Businiess name:  Jun Japanese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
All over Colorado Springs, people rave about Jun... it's in the Gazette and wins awards from the Indy every year. I don't know why. I know it's hard to get just caught fresh fish in the Rocky Mountains but the food isn't much better than the packaged ""sushi"" you can get in the seafood department at King Soopers. The cleanliness of the resturant isn't at all desirable, and there's not too much in there that reminds me of even the smallest mom and pop place I frequented when I lived in Japan. If you think that Taco Bell is Mexican food, then you'll probably think that Jun is Japanese food and thus will have a good time there. Otherwise, I'd avoid the hype as the food isn't that great, the freshness is questionable (which means everything to sushi), and the value isn't there for what you get.
