Review content:
My basement flooded a few months ago and I had no choice but to call this company, as it was the only one in the area contracted with my insurance company. I missed my daughter's birthday while waiting for them to come on an ""emergency clean-up."" Needless to say, they never came that night. They came 24 hours later. Once they finally arrived, I was not provided with a written estimate, only a verbal one. After which, I was charged double the amount they stated. The service itself was terrible and after everything, they left a mess, which they refused to clean up, even after I called to complain. I am in the process of hiring someone else to clean up their mess. According to my contractor, they did not even complete the job they came to do. They should have cut the walls higher up and after they left, the walls were still soaking wet! When I called them back, they came and told me there was nothing else they could do. Long story short, I was overcharged for a horrible and incomplete job done. I am even surprised that my insurance company recommended such a horrible company. Steer clear!
