I went to ULTA last night in Plano to get my hair trimmed to look nice for a wedding I will be attending on the 25th and Stephanie just kept cutting and cutting. Every time I asked her about it she said just to trust her and so I did and now I cannot even form a ponytail; my hair was down to my waist! Never get your haircut from Stephanie, she will cut all your hair off!
Pros: The line was short.
Cons: Stephanie will ruin your hair!
