Review content:
They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They addressed any questions or concerns I had about my car, and they offered suggestions about other things I might want to consider having done to avoid potential problems. But, I was not pressured to have anything done. They just made me aware of the things that needed checked, repaired and replaced, and they gave me time to make a decision. I really appreciated their attitude.
I had used J & P Auto Service once before and they have nice shop. My was ready when they promised, and they were nice. They offered me a vehicle to use while mine was being repaired, and they actually offered to reimburse me, or at least deduct the cost, if I had to lease a vehicle while mine was in their shop. I thought that was nice.
