Review content:
My six month old attended for 10 days at the downtown location. This school hides everything they do or don't do for children. There is no accountability as no one is allowed in the rooms. No parental involvement is allowed. You can only interact with care givers with administration present (to translate) while you speak to the care giver about what they are not doing for the child. In the first week (you would think they would try to earn your respect and trust), my son returned home with an almost full bottle when the daily log said he drank the whole bottle. Every day the log says the same thing. Another incident was only a couple diaper changes during a 9 hour day at daycare. My son had never had diaper rash until he was at this school for 4 days. He is 6 months old and no stranger or separation anxiety, but he cried every morning with all the other children being dropped off in the morning. Children here are not happy here. I don't get why people say anything good about this place. The main issue is a combative and brash administration. They don't listen and are quick to make excuses. We were told to try to not ""hold our baby a lot to encourage independence"" on our orientation meeting. What? Yet another red flag. You have to set up an appointment to talk to care givers, no parents in the room, no observation without an appointment, no transparency = no accountability. Oh, but there is a 6 inch black and white monitor at the front if you care to observe. What were we thinking? Please look elsewhere when considering child care options for your young children. We were lucky to find another option close by. Oh you will hear ""all our teachers have been here a long time. "" Our child's care giver, who seemed genuinely nice, when asked at our care-giver appointment said, ""cuatro meses"" (four months). And to the administrations dismay, she even apologized for the mishaps in the first week. Something the adminitration would not dare say. Cons: No transparency Administration is Stifling
