Review content:
Ordered an arrangement online a day in advance. They had a great website with lots of options and beautiful pictures. I received a call the day of delivery and approved substitution of some flowers due to limited availability. I was told that the arrangement may appear a little different. Lets just say it looked nothing like the picture and looked like an explosion (in a bad way) of random flowers (probably whatever they could gather up) coming out of a huge ball of hydrangeas. There was no attention to detail or ""arranging"" of flowers in this conglomeration of random flowers. By the way, I did pay $115 with tax and delivery. When I got a picture of the arrangement from the recipient I was mortified. I did call Strawberry Tub the next morning (Saturday) as they opened and spoke with a friendly and helpful young woman who offered an acceptable solution - a redo of the arrangement I ordered. She told me someone would be in touch by Wednesday to work out the details. That was acceptable to me. Wednesday came and went, and I decided to call back. I attempted to voice my concerns as the person on the other end of the phone kept cutting me off and telling me that someone had given them approval to change the arrangement since the flowers were not available. I told her I understood that, but that I was still unhappy with the order. She continued to be defensive and told me her manager or boss would call me back. I figured that was a better idea since it seemed we were both getting very frustrated. Now it is Friday and I had not heard back, I finally called and spoke to the ""manager"" and was told that I (yes, me) was rude and that she was not willing to redo the order and offered a 25% refund. She also questioned why my friend (who received the order) did not call with the complaint. Seriously? I declined after being practically yelled at over the phone and was then hung up on. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go across the street to A YELLOW ROSE! My husband has come home with some of the most beautiful arrangements and has NEVER had a problem with them. They value their customers and don't treat them with complete disrespect.
