I never received a bill from the original service provider, all I received was a bill from this collection agency telling me I owed them 4k. I called the orginal service provider to handle the payment through them but their billing department was out of town for several more days. I spoke to a extreamly rude, inconsiderate customer service rep by the name of Michael and he refused to give me a couple of days before he reported it to my credit report so I could submit my insurance to the service provider. ""He said yelling to me, pay my office 4k in 2 days or its going on your report!"" I asked to speak to a manager and Michael said ""no, you cannot speak to anyone else in the office since no one else is going to help you"" and he hung up on me.
