Review content:
I recently visited Lugo and wanted something to warm me up because it was quite chilly outside. I got a nice cup of Earl Grey served by their in-house barista (excellent!) and for food, my waiter suggested their homemade pastas. I took the bait and tried the Spaghetti Pomodora. It was delicious. Not too heavy, not too light and just filling enough so that I could enjoy my shopping in Herald Square. All in all, a fabulous meal and I'll be back.
Pros: Good pasta, great coffee/tea, nice afternoon spot
Cons: A little chilly in the bar area, but warm in the dinning room
