It's easy to be professional when things are going well. When there are problems is when you find out what people are made out of. This rings true here. I purchased insurance for the safe tow of my vehicle. They recommended it. I was hesitant about towing my car due to safety concerns but they kept on insisting that towing my car was safe and easy. After paying for everything and being provide with the tow dolly, they said they provided no guidance or help on loading the car onto tow dolly. So I tried to do it myself after they set it up. After I got my car go onto the ramp, the tire straps on the ramp and now underneath the tire must have slid and caused my tires to slide off to the left. I went back and asked them what to do now. They said to reverse the car down the ramp assuring me it would be okay. As I did so, the front bumper of my car that was stuck on the ramp got ripped out of my car. When the other staff came out, the employee claimed that he told me to stop doing down the ramp. *ahem* It's interesting he is the only one who recalls that experience. Seems he was more interested in protecting his job because of his inadequacies. When asked about insurance coverage that I just paid for, the manager on duty responded that they don't cover ""negligent driving"". Pay for all the insurance you want, but when there is a problem, they will lie. Totally unprofessional. It says this is a family business is why I went here. It seems that not all families are worth doing business with. When I filed a claim for the damages with the insurer, the uhaul shop here said it was ""driver error"" so they are not responsible. If you want to take chances doing business with these people, go ahead.
