Review content:
This man totally butchered my hair. I'm sure he's probably an expert with coloring, but as for actually CUTTING hair, NO. I showed him a picture of a hairstyle I wanted, something with soft layers, and ended up with something not even close. I told him i wanted to create a little movement, but still keep my length since I wanted to grow my hair out... and i SPECIFICALLY asked him to NOT cut the layers short, and AS im telling him this he's saying, ""Oh I would never do that to you"".. right as hes chopping off 3-4 inches of my hair!!! How am i supposed to react to that!? Since when do ""SOFT"" layers start above your ears??? He blatantly lied to my face and totally ruined my hair. I just went in to a different stylist in Studio City the other day and she said it would probably take 6-8 more months for me to grow out what I once had. GREAT.
